Serves 2 3 teasp basil leaves, chopped 1 teasp Massel Vegetable Style Salt Reduced Stock Powder 6 cherry tomatoes 2 bocconcini or buffalo mozzarella balls |
Cut cherry tomatoes in half and slice bocconcini. On a sheet of kitchen paper, combine basil and stock powder. Roll bocconcini pieces in the basil mixture. On a toothpick, alternately skewer cherry tomato and bocconcini slices, creating a boccconcini/ tomato sandwich. Serve at least 3 skewers per person
