Chicken Fillet and Asparagus

Serves 2

2 chicken breast fillets
1 tbsp extra vigin olive oil
12 asparagus spears
1/2 teasp Massel Vegetable Style Stock Powder
1 1/2 tbsp Massel Chicken Style Gravy Mix

Heat oil in non-stick frypan. Add chicken fillets. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the Massel stock powder, saute for a couple of minutes, turning chicken over once. Move chicken to one side of the frypan, add asparagus, sprinkle with the rest of the stock powder and sautee until bright green. Remove from heat and prepare the gravy: Place 1 1/2 heaped tablespoons of Massel Chicken Style Gravy Mix in a microwave safe container. Add a little cold water, mixing well. Add 1 cup of boiling water, while stirring. Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
Serve chicken topped with asparagus and a thin layer of gravy, offering the remaing gravy on the side.
