Valentine's Beef Fillet

Serves 2

1 teasp butter
2 beef fillets
1/2 tbsp Massel Supreme Gravy
1/4 cup water
2 teasp wholegrain mustard
2 tbsp brandy
2 teasp light cream

Heat butter in frypan. Add fillets. Cook 2 mins each side on high heat. For well done fillets, lower heat and cook longer. Remove to warm plate. In saucepan, prepare Massel Supreme Supergravy as instructed. When ready, transfer to frypan and stir in mustard and cream. Add fillet steaks. In a ladle warm up brandy and fire it. Pour into frypan. Serve with baked potato in thick slices and baked heart shaped pumpkin slices.
