Serves 2 2 cups Massel Gourmet Plus Liquid Stock Chicken Style or 2 Massel 7's, Chicken Style dissolved in 2 cups of hot water 1/2 tsp Massel Salt Reduced Stock Powder Chicken Style 2 cakes of instant noodles or 100 gr. egg noodles 1 bunch baby bok choy 8 snow peas 3-4 chicken tenderloins 1 chilli (red) |
Preheat your grill or BBQ.
Wash and pare baby bok choy and snow peas.
Slice chicken tender loins diagonally and sprinkle with the Massel Salt Reduced Stock Powder Chicken Style.
Take Gourmet Plus stock to the boil.
BBQ or grill the chicken pieces, turning twice, until cooked.
BBQ or grill baby bok choy and snow peas for 1 minute or so.
Add noodles to the boiling Gourmet Stock and cook as per instructions on pack.
Remove noodles from heat and add the vegetables.
Serve into a bowl and add chicken pieces on top.
Decorate with thin slices of the red chilli
Serve immediately
