Serves 2 1/2 teasp Massel Salt Reduced Stock Powder, Vegetable Style 2 teasp extra -virgin olive oil 8 asparagus spears pepper 2 slices proscuitto or 2 lemon wedges |
Preheat oven to very hot- 250oC (500oF). Arrange the prepared asparagus spears in one layer in shallow baking dish. Drizzle with the olive oil. Toss spears to evenly coat. Bake for 8-10 minutes, depending on thickness of the spear. Remove to a serving dish and sprinkle with stock powder and pepper. Wrap 4 spears into little bundles using a slice of proscuitto (if proscuitto is not available, serve with cut up lemon wedges).
