Serves 4 1 teaspoon EasyGarlic Powder 1 teaspoon EasyOnion Powder 1 x 440 gr. canned Roma tomatoes, squashed into a puree 4 Lebanese bread rounds 400 gr. shredded low fat mozzarella 200 gr. button mushrooms, peeled and finely sliced 200 gr. shaved ham, chopped 2 tbsp pitted black olives 1 tbsp extravirgin olive oil |
Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees C (390 F),fan forced 180C.
Line 2 oven trays with baking paper.
Place 2 Lebanese bread rounds on each tray.
Spread the bread rounds with the tomato puree.
Distribute the mushroom slices, the chopped ham, the mozzarella and the pitted olives. .
Sprinkle evenly over the 4 bread rounds the EasyGarlic and the Easy Onion and drip sparigly the olive oil on the lot.
Place in the hot oven for 3-5 minutes until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted and golden.
