Serves 2 1 teaspoon EasyGarlic Powder 1 teaspoon EasyOnon Powder 2 tbsp Massel Gravy Mix Chicken Style 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp butter 400 gr Chicken Tender Loins 1/2 cup frozen baby peas 1/4 cup water |
Spread out the gravy powder and roll the chicken tender loins in it
In a frypan heat butter and oil and sautee the tender loins in small batches, temporarily removing the cooked ones to a dish.
When the batches are finished, return the chicken tender loins to the frypan.
Add the peas and sprinkle the lot with EasyGarlic and EasyOnion, while stirring.
After a couple of minutes, add the water.
Keep on stirring the loins in the water until the pan juices thicken.
Serve on rice
