Serves 4 2 teasp Massel Stock Powder Beef Style 2 tbsp olive oil 350 gr lean minced beef 4 eggs 1 teasp chopped parsley |
In a frypan heat the oil,add the mince and sautee it on medium-high heat to brown.
Add the eggs, sprinkle with Massel stock powder and Easygarlic, while mixing all ingredients together. Be quick and mindful to have all the egg white nicely firm without overcooking the yolk.
Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley with a side of green salads and crispy bread.
This is a last minute solution for a hungry family. It takes nearly no time, is satisfying, full of proteins and my whole family likes it!
