Veal for One

Serves 2

2 teasp extra vigin olive oil
2 very thin veal steaks
2 tbsp Massel Supergravy Supreme
250 gr green beans
1/2 teaspoon of massel Stock Powder, Vegetable Style
1 teasp lemon jiuce

In a frypan heat olive oil on high. Put Supreme Gravy Powder onto a dish. Lightly coat veal slice, each side. Add to pan and brown for 1 minute each side. Remove veal from pan and place onto pre-heated plate. Add green beans to frypan, sprinkle with the Stock Powder and sautee. SErve veal on the green beans, sprinkled with a squeeze of lemon juice.

Low fat, Low salt, Low sugar, no dairy, no egg, no gluten, no pork, no wheat
