Recipes: Gluten-Free Bloody Mary Recipe (Serves: One Pitcher)

Get the party started with a Bloody Mary or two! This savoury beverage is as refreshing as it is fun to make. Get creative with celery stalk straws, cherry tomatoes and a wedge of lime. A Bloody Mary should be spicy. If you like it spicier, use a heavy hand when adding the hot sauce.

The Recipe


  • 1 L tomato juice
  • 1 T Massel Beef style stock powder
  • 2 t grated horseradish
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1½ t. Massel Vegetable Stock Powder
  • 2 t freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 dashes hot sauce
  • 1 ½ cup vodka


Mix all ingredients in pitcher then serve each Bloody Mary over ice. Delicious.

Handy Tip

Serving suggestion: Celery stalks to place in drinks.
