Massel Homestyle Wedges

Recipes: Homestyle Wedges (Serves: 2-4)

A healthy and flavourful take on the traditional greasy French fry!

The Recipe


  • Potatoes
  • Massel Chicken Style Stock Powder (regular or salt-reduced)
  • Olive Oil


  1. Cut whole potatoes into wedges and put into a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with olive oil and Massel Chicken Style Stock Powder.
  3. Stir to coat the wedges.
  4. Oven bake for approximately 1 hour at 200C (cooking time will depend on thickness of the wedges)
