Spinach Dip Recipe from Massel Australia

Recipes: Spinach Dip (Serves: 2-4)

Whether the big game is on or it’s family movie night, spinach dip is a party classic and a foolproof crowd pleaser. Catering a vegan diet? Simply substitute your favourite vegan cream cheese and sour cream for a spinach dip everyone can enjoy.

Smear this spinach dip on crackers, toasted ciabatta, or crisp pita triangles. It’s also delicious as a cannelloni filling, lasagna layer, or as a sauce for wraps and souvlakis.


The Recipe


  • 225g cream cheese
  • 225g sour cream
  • 1-1½ T Massel Vegetable Stock Powder
  • 150g package frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 150g red capsicums, finely chopped


  1. Mix Massel Vegetable Stock Powder, cream cheese and sour cream until blended.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  3. Refrigerate your spinach dip for several hours or until chilled. Enjoy!
