ORDERING: To purchase items simply select the ”Buy Now” button next to the item you would like. This adds the item to your cart. Items in the cart may be viewed at any time and changed. When you have finished shopping, follow instructions to the check-out, which takes you to our secure payment gateway.
PRICES: All our prices are in Australian Dollars.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES: Please allow 5 working days from receipt of order and payment for product to be dispatched from our warehouse, plus the appropriate delivery time for the parcel service to get the goods from us to you. Delivery is generally via Australia Post. We will do our best to fill orders promptly, but if due to any unforeseen circumstances, there are delays, we will contact you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We will do our best to satisfy all orders, however the complication and variable nature of international shipping makes it impossible for us to foresee all possibilities. Thus if there is an issue with an international order we will contact you and deal with the situation on a case-by-case basis.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY: We are proud of the quality of Massel products, and we want you to be happy with your Massel purchase. If you are not happy with your Massel products, or if we have made an error in your order, please email us within 10 days at email@example.com, quoting your order number, and letting us know why you would like a refund or an exchange.
